Gen5 3 Stack

Using Envision AESC GEN5 battery module technology, we have developed liquid cooled battery subsystems that can be connected in series to meet the applications voltage requirements, ranging from 85.1V to 680V (Nominal) at up to 108kWh. Up to 4 GEN5 modular components can be connected in series using our high voltage power distribution unit (HVPDU). If your capacity requirements are higher, then we can use multiple strings in parallel.

Each subsystem contains BMS, Isolation Contactors, Fuse, MSD and HVIL Power Connectors.

Combined with our advanced Battery Management System (BMS), High Voltage Power Distribution Unit (HVPDU) your project to take full advantage of our modular battery solutions and seamless integration with any power system, ensuring maximum safety and performance.
